About KwickVoice
KwickVoice is built inside KwickOS, the restaurant platform from KwickPOS in Spring, Texas. It started from a simple observation: the best servers take orders with their eyes on the guest, and technology should make that easier, not harder.
Why we built it
Handhelds made ordering faster but pulled attention onto a screen. Pen and pad keeps the guest in view but means re-typing every order. KwickVoice aims for both: the server keeps the conversation, and the order still lands correctly in the POS.
Why it lives inside KwickOS
Voice ordering is only as good as its connection to the menu and the kitchen. Because KwickVoice runs inside the same platform as the menu, the floor plan and the kitchen display, a confirmed order goes straight where it needs to go.
Inventor
KwickVoice was invented by Tom Jin. Patent pending — U.S. Application No. 64/165,559.
